Potato lollipops is a very simple, easy, and delicious recipe to eat and easy to make in 5 minutes.  This Potato lollipop is prepared from various vegetables and spices. I love snacks which are quick and easy to make.,these potato lollipops are one of them. You just need to mix all the ingredients shape them like a ball, dip potato ball in all-purpose flour slurry, and gently roll them in bread crumbs and deep fry them till they are golden brown and crisp.

Potato lollipops is a very simple, easy, and delicious recipe. You just need to mix all the ingredients shape them like a ball, and fry them

Boiled Potatos: 2-3 or 1½ cup, Boiled potato: 2-3 or 1½ cup, Finely chopped onions: ¼ cup,  Spring onion 1 tsp (Optional), Finely chopped coriander leaves: 2-3 tbsp,  Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp, Red chilly powder: ¼ tsp, Coriander powder: 1 tsp, Amchur powder or lemon juice: ½ tsp, Salt to taste,  All-purpose flour (maida): 2 tbsp,  Bread Crumbs: ¼ cup, Italian seasoning: 1 tsp, Chilly flakes: 1 tsp,  Oil for deep frying

Recipe Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl grate potato, Add onions, coriander leaves, bread crumbs, ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, coriander powder, amchur powder, spring onion, and salt. And mix well
  2. make small size balls of the mixture and roll them lightly. Make smooth and crack-free balls.
  3. In a small bowl take all-purpose flour and add little water at a time and make an all-purpose flour slurry, and ensure that it does not have lumps. keep it aside.
  4. On a small plate mix bread crumbs with chilly flakes and Italian seasoning (optional) and keep aside.
  5. dip the potato balls in the slurry and coat them in bread crumbs.
  6. These potato balls need to be frozen for 15 minutes before frying for the best result
  7. Now heat the oil on medium flame, fry potato ball till golden brown.
  8. take them out on tissue paper.
  9. Before serving poke a toothpick in potato balls and make it potato lollipops. Our Crispy Potato Lollipop is ready to eat.

Useful Tips And Tricks

  • Boil potatoes and cool them in the fridge 15 minutes before making lollipops.
  • You can make your own fresh bread crumbs. Just break bread into small pieces and grind them in the grinder.
  • Deep fry them at medium heat.
  • Fry one potato ball first. If it cracks add some more bread crumbs to the mixture and fry them again
  •  Add some potato balls at a time while frying.
