Useful Tips And Tricks
- You can store shikanji masala in an air-tight jar.
- It stays fresh for 7-8 months in an airtight container. Always use a dry spoon (not wet) to get the powder out of the jar. Otherwise, it reduces the shelf life of masala
- Use this masala, whenever you make a soda drink. Add around 1 teaspoon masala is ideal for 1 glass, though can add 1½ teaspoon for a more spiced drink.
- Mint Leaves is completely optional, but I love the taste mint leaves adds to this Shikanji, making it more refreshing.
- You can also add Chia Seeds to this drink, it is a great ingredient to include in your drinks during summer.
