Healthy Watermelon Sharbat Recipe With Chia Seeds |तरबूज का शरबत |H ow To Make Watermelon Shake Without Blender
Drinks are something that we all enjoy and today I’m going to show you our very refreshing and delicious drink which is very popular in parts of Old Delhi. It is a 3 ingredient beverage and can be made in no time. Healthy watermelon shake is an absolutely delicious drink that is a must-try. This is called Mohabbat a Sharbat or mohabbatein e Sharbat. This is a very famous drink around Delhi. A very refreshing juice with tiny crunchy bits of juicy fresh watermelon is an absolutely ideal drink for summertime.

Ingredients
- Chilled Milk – 2 Cups or 250 ml
- Powdered Sugar – 2 Tbsp
- Rose Syrup or Rooh Afza- 2 Tbsp
- Diced watermelon – ½ cups
- Ice Cubes – as needed
- Chia Seeds – 2 Tbsp
Recipe Steps
- Take 2 cups or 250 ml of milk in a bowl. The milk should be boiled, cooled, and then chilled completely. For this recipe, I’m using full cream milk so as it’s nice and thick.
- To the milk, add powdered sugar and dissolve it. Adjust the quantity of sugar according to your taste
- Add soaked chia seeds, Soak chia seeds in one cup of water for 10 minutes.
- To this add the rose syrup and mix everything well.
- De-seed the watermelon and chop it into very tiny cubes
- Add the tiny watermelon cubes to the rose milk along with ice cubes, mix everything well.
- Pour the drink into a tall glass.
- Garnish it with few watermelon pieces on top.
- Refreshing Mohabbat ka Sharbat is ready to enjoy.
- Serve immediately.
Useful Tips And Tricks
- You can adjust the rooh afza or rose syrup as per your taste.
- To increase the sweetness of the shake, add more rooh afza or sugar.
