Ingredients For Amla Chutney
- 1 ½ Cup Coriander Leaves
- ½ Cup Mint Leaves 2 Green Chillies
- 1 Inch Ginger
- 1 tbs Peanuts
- ½ tsp Chat Masala
- ½ tsp Cumin Seed Powder
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Salt
- Lime Juice
- Water
Recipe Steps
- In a mixer, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, ginger, peanuts, chat masala, cumin seed powder and sugar.
- -In order to maintain the color of the green chutney, add salt and lime juice in the end.
- Grind everything well.
- Add water that’s enough to grind.

Useful Tips And Tricks
- To make the chutney make sure you use fresh mint (optional) & coriander leaves to make chutney.
- Addition of 1 tbsp. roasted peanuts or fried gram helps to makes the chutney thick and it binds the chutney together, water doesn’t separate from the green chutney.
- You can skip garlic if you don’t like just like the raw flavor of garlic.
- Lemon juice maintains the color of the nutritious green chutney. If you skip lemon juice, the chutney will keep it up getting darker.
- You can store this chutney in an airtight container within the fridge for a week.
