Bhindi Masala Dry Recipe Restaurant Style
Ingredients for Masala stuffing
- 250 gms. Okra (Bhindi), slit vertically in the center
- Dry Spices – ½ tsp.
- Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp.
- Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp.
- Amchur Powder – ½ tsp.
- Garam Masala – ¼ tsp.
- Asafoetida – 1 tsp.
- Coriander-Cumin Seed Powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp- Oil 2 tbsp.
- Coarsely ground peanuts – 1 tbsp.
- Coriander Leaves – 1 tsp.
Method
1. Mix the dry spices in the bowl and fill the okra with it.
2. Heat oil in a pan till medium hot and add the Okra to it.
3. Toss lightly and make sure they are coated in oil properly.
4. Cover the pan partially and cook tossing it periodically.
5. Add the leftover dry spice mix, ground peanuts, coriander leaves, and mix it all nicely.
6. Spice Stuffed Bhindi Masala is ready to serve.
Important Tips & Tricks
- Always choose young and tender and young bhindi as they cooked faster and taste awesome.
- Always wash and wipe Bhindi dry before chopping.
- Don’t chop them very small as they turn more sticky while cooking
